We can practice yoga to feel good.  But to develop life skills that make it possible to operate in our daily lives from a soul perspective, inner training is required.  Third Coast Yoga Teacher Training provides the opportunity for you to learn how to integrate the energies you have already unleashed and cultivated through yoga and to offer those skills to others.  Some of the skills you will learn are:
