Join Gretchen Cline, RYT, for a Kundalini Meditations workshop.

As you enter the new year, the one thing you can count on is uncertainty and change.  Developing the art of meditation can help you embrace the journey of your life—uncertainties and all—with an increased sensitivity of how to work your mind and emotions in order to open yourself up to inner peace, joy, and abundance in the midst of life's changes.  In this workshop you will learn to create your own “meditative tool kit” through an introduction to several different Kundalini yoga meditations.

Through the practice of meditation you can:

  • promote a sense of well-being, inner peace, stability, and calm
  • develop your intuition, your ability to focus energy and mental awareness
  • let go of negative stress-producing patterns of thinking
  • create clear thinking
  • more fully engage in the joy of the present moment
  • open to the abundance of the universe
